PROPOSED ITINERAREIS FOR THE PEOPLE ATTENDING EAAPP

OPTION ONE – 5 DAYS 4 NIGHTS:

Day 1: Pick from your hotel, depart for Tarangire National Park with picnic lunch for game viewing. In the late afternoon drive to Migunga Tented lodge/public campsites for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: After breakfast depart for Serengeti National Park with picnic lunch game, viewing enroute to Serengeti Sopa and lodges/public campsites for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: After breakfast depart for Ngorongoro Conservation area with game viewing enroute to Olduvai gorge. Picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa and lodges/public campsites.
Day 4: After an early breakfast descend into the crater floor with picnic lunch for half day crater tour. In the late afternoon ascend and proceed to Migunga Tented lodge/public campsites for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park with picnic lunch. Late afternoon drive back to Arusha and drop off at your hotel. END OF SERVICE!!

Cost for lodge safari for option one 5 days 4 nights will be: From US $ 1,515.oo per person for a group of 2, the more people book the less the cost per person! For special prices please contact us.

Camping safari cost will b from: US $ 1,150.oo for a group of 2 downwards depending on number of people. For special prices please contact us.

Costs includes: Transport in 4x4 vehicle with knowledgeable English speaking driver guide, bottled water and soft drinks in the vehicle only, accommodation as specified, crater fees, camping fees, a cook, 3 meals a day, mobile tents, sleeping bags, park fees, all government taxes and levies.
Not included in the costs are: Drinks in the lodges/hotels, tips, laundry, transfer to the airport, sleeping bags and all items of personal nature.

OPTION TWO- 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS:

Day 1: Pick up from your hotel, depart for Lake Manyara National Park with picnic lunch for game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Migunga Tented lodge/public campsites.
Day 2: Early morning drive to Ngorongoro and descend into the crater floor with picnic lunch for half day crater tour. Ascend late afternoon and drive back to Migunga Tented lodge/public campsites for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Depart for Tarangire National Park with picnic lunch for game viewing. Late afternoon drive back to Arusha. END OF SERVICE:

Cost for option two 3 days 2 nights lodge safari will be: From US $ 745.oo per person for a group of 2. For special prices please contact us.

Camping safari cost will be from US $ 690.oo per person for a group of 2. For special prices please contact us. Costs includes: Transport in 4x4 vehicle with knowledgeable English speaking driver guide, bottled water and soft drinks in the vehicle only, accommodation as specified, crater fees, camping fees, a cook, 3 meals a day, mobile tents, sleeping bags, park fees, all government taxes and levies.

OPTION THREE- 5 DAYS 4 NIGHTS-ZANZIBAR:

Day 1: Fly from JRO/Arusha airport to Zanzibar, meet and transfer to Tembo hotel for overnight on bed and breakfast.
Day 2: Transfer to Nungwi Village Resort/Nungwi Inn for overnight on half board
Day 4-5: Leisure with accommodation at Nungwi Village Resort/Nungwi Inn.
Day 5: Transfer to the seaport for afternoon express boat to Dar es salaam, meet and transfer New Africa hotel for early dinner. Later on transfer to the airport for your international flight back home. END OF SERVICE!!

Cost for Zanzibar will b from : US $ 885.oo per person for a group of 2 staying at the Nungwi Village Resort and US $ 760.oo per person staying at the Nungwi Inn hotel. Single room supplement US $ 165.oo/120.oo respectively. Cost includes: Domestic flight JRO/ZNZ, express boat ZNZ/DAR, accommodation as specified, transfers, and dinner before departure from Dar. Please note that it’s possible to fly into Tanzania through Kilimanjaro International airport on KLM and Ethiopian Airlines which also fly out of Tanzania either through Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar respectively. Not included in the cost are: Drinks in the hotels, excursions, laundry, and all items of personal nature.

OPTION FOUR 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT:

Day 1: Pick up from your hotel depart for Ngorongoro Conservation area with picnic lunch, descend into the crater floor for a crater tour, in the late afternoon ascend, dinner and overnight at Karatu Lutheran hostel.
Day 2: After breakfast depart for Lake Manyara National Park with picnic lunch for game viewing. In the late afternoon drive back to Arusha drop off in your hotel. END OF SERVICE!!

Cost for option four 2 days 1 night: will be from US $ 490.oo per person for a group of 2. For special prices please contact us.

OPTION FIVE- DAY TRIP-ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK:

Depart from Arusha town for Arusha National Park with picnic lunch for game viewing. In the late afternoon drive back to Arusha. END OF SERVICE!!

Cost for option five will be a day trip will b from : US $ 125.oo per person for a group of 2. For special prices please contact us.
Cost includes: Picnic lunch, transport in a tourist safari mini bus, bottled water and park fees. Not included are: Tips, drinks and all items of personal nature. Please note that all vehicles have a hood to be open up for better taking photos and game viewing during safari.

OPTION SIX- CULTURAL TOUR-ILIKINGA- HALF DAY:

Depart from Arusha to Iliakidinga Village with a cultural tour guide. Visit Maasai boma, traditional healer and visit local schools for the village students.

Cost will be US $ 80.oo per person for a group of 2. For special prices please contact us. Cost includes: Transport, bottled water, visit Maasai tribe boma, traditional healer and visit local schools for the village students and picnic lunch.
Not included: Tips and all items of personal nature.
PLEASE NOTE: If it doesn’t rain a big bus can carry more people for less cost.

OPTION 7: 3 Days , 2 Nights:
Destination: Arusha – Olduvai – Serengeti – Ngorongoro – Arusha:

Day 1: Depart with for Olduvai Gorge for a museum visit and sight seeing of the area, then continue to Serengeti National Park. Game viewing en route in the park with dinner and overnight at Seronera or Lobo Wildlife Lodge.
Day 2: After breakfast, depart with packed lunch for a morning and early afternoon game viewing in the park, before drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge.
Day 3: After an early breakfast, descend into the crater floor for a half day crater tour. Ascend mid afternoon and drive to Arusha with drop off at your hotel. END OF SERVICES.

The price for the above option will be as follows:

Each of 2 People will pay US $. 1,043.oo sharing, each of 3 People will pay US $. 902.oo sharing, each of 4 People will pay US $. 827.oo sharing, each of 5 People will pay US $. 781.oo sharing and each of 6 People will pay US $. 751.oo sharing.
Single room supplement of US $. 110.oo / Person will be applicable if one will decide to occupy his / her own single room throughout the safari.

The price includes: All government taxes, all parks & Crater service entry fees, transport in a 4 x 4 safari converted vehicle with pop up roof hatch for picture perfect and good game viewing driven by knowledgeable English speaking driver guide, free supply of bottled water and soft drinks in the vehicle only.
Not included: Entry visas, flights, accommodations and meals before and after the safari, Serengeti Hot air balloon safari, maasai boma visits, tips, laundry, drinks in hotels and lodges, and all items of personal expenses / nature.

OPTION 8: 4 Days, 3 Nights:
Destination: Arusha - LakeNatron ( MountOldoinyo Lengai ) – Ngorongoro – LakeManyara or Tarangire – Arusha.

Day 1: Depart with packed lunch for Lake Natron, from then on you will have a relaxed and comfortable half day near fascinating Lake Natron. You can hike or drive to the Lake Natron with its thousands of flamingos, stroll around in a local Maassai village, watch birds and other livestocks, or take an interesting hike into a nearby dramatic gorge with spectacular rock formations for acclimatization. This should not be missed, as we find a paradisiacal waterfall there, where we can have a wonderful refreshing bath and swim. Dinner and a brief sleepy at Lake Natron Camp.
Day 2: Short after mid night, transfer to the base of Oldoinyo Lengai Mountain ( GOD’s Mountain ), silently ascend under a starry night. At sunrise the view from the mountain is breathtaking. The “living summit” will probably catch your attention right away. Then after, descend for about 2 – 4 Hours as your car (s) will pick you up at the base and transfer you back to the Camp for a late breakfast and refreshing bath. After a breath-taking, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with packed lunch for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge.
Day 3: After an early breakfast, descend into the crater floor for a half day crater tour. Ascend mid afternoon and drive to Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Hotel.
Day 4: After breakfast, depart with packed lunch for either Tarangire or Lake Manyara National Park. Game viewing in the park, then drive back to Arusha with drop of at your hotel. END OF SERVICES.

The price for the above option will be as follows:

Each of 2 People will pay US $. 1,304.oo sharing, each of 3 People will pay US $. 1,118.oo sharing, each of 4 People will pay US $. 1,027.oo sharing, each of 5 People will pay US $. 973.oo sharing and each of 6 People will pay US $. 936.oo sharing.
Single room supplement of US $. 165.oo / Person will be applicable if one will decide to occupy his / her own single room throughout the safari.
